We all are striving to employ best practices in our patient advocacy careers. This course gives an overview of best practices in every aspect of running a patient advocacy practice, from client service to finance and documentation, among many other areas. Even though individually and as a group we want and mean to be trustworthy and ethical, the course reminds us of actions we may not have put on our own best practices list, but they are worthwhile additions to it.
