Good practical advice and opportunities to network with seasoned experts

This was a fantastic course with great ideas. It is particularly interesting from the perspective of Spring 2021. So much has happened and changed since April 2020 and there are so many issues to discuss about opening up, vaccination, vaccination breakthroughs. How we should continue to improve and update virtual services. I would love the followup course “Pandemic Practice” one year later.
